1. Service Description

LeadSpry provides tools to extract business contact information from Google Maps, validate emails, manage lead databases, run AI-personalized email campaigns, and manage replies through a unified inbox.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadSpry only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Send unsolicited bulk email without proper consent and unsubscribe options
• Scrape or collect data in violation of third-party terms of service
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or deceive recipients
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute scraped data without proper authorization

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for compliance with email marketing laws in your jurisdiction
• You must ensure recipients have a valid basis for contact under applicable privacy laws
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you extract and use
• You must keep your account credentials and API keys secure

4. Free & Paid Features

Lead extraction via the Chrome extension is free. Cloud dashboard features, AI campaigns, and advanced tools may require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of leads you extract. We provide the platform to store and manage your data.

6. Third-Party Platforms

LeadSpry interacts with Google Maps and business websites. You acknowledge that scraping Google Maps may violate Google's Terms of Service. You use the extraction features at your own risk. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. See our Disclaimer for additional information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted emails, deliverability of sent campaigns, or uninterrupted service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSpry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@leadspry.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
